Clemmer contained tank assemblies are manufactured in two convenient styles, vertical and horizontal. Each tank is manufactured from premium grade steels in sizes ranging from 1360 litres (300 IG) to 7400 litres (1650 IG) for vertical models and up to 200,000 litres for horizontal tanks. Clemmer contained tank assemblies are fully seal welded to provide a weather tight secondary container and 110% containment of the primary tank.
On vertical models, a double bottom with a vacuum monitored interstice is a standard feature which offers additional protection and continuous leak detection.
Each assembly is provided with access stairs and platform meeting the requirements of the National Building Code and an overfill protection device compatible with the intended method of filling. |
