Diaphragm Type
Available in standard sizes of 12" (305mm), 20" (508mm) and 24" (610mm) diameters for 125 PSIG (860 KPA). Each vessel is complete with a heavy duty diaphragm, support skirt and air charging valve. Factory precharged with 12 PSIG (84 KPA). System connection size from 3/4" to 1 1/2" depending on diameter.
Bladder Type
Come factory equipped with a replaceable heavy duty rubber bladder for both non potable and potable water systems. Factory tested to insure bladder integrity. Bladder is individually sized for each tank to eliminate fatigue due to stretching and has a custom moulded flange to insure water is contained and cannot come in contact with the precharge. Designed for ease of replacement at site. Available in standard sizes from 12" (305mm) to 60" (1525mm) diameter, designed for 125 PSIG (862 KPA) at 240°F (115°C). Outlet (available in 3/4" to 3" size) and is located on the bottom of the tank for sludge-free self cleaning operation. |

- All expansion tanks are fabricated from carbon steel under strict quality control requirements to the latest edition of ASME and are stamped with either a "UM" or "U" stamp to verify the level of excellence.

- Each expansion tank is inspected by an outside authority during the production process and the final hydrostatic test. Only then is the vessel signed off as meeting the necessary control regulations.

- Expansion tanks are available in both vertical and horizontal configurations and come with a wide range of standard and specialty fitting layouts.

- After the manufacturing process is complete, each vessel is finished with a shop applied high quality zinc-rich primer.

- Alternate construction materials, such as stainless steel, are available.
|
- Clemmer uses only the latest technologies in both the welding and manufacturing processes to maintain the highest of quality.

- To ensure the ease of installation all expansion tanks are equipped with lifting lugs.
