Clemmer excels in the manufacture of pressure vessels and related accessories. In addition to a wide range of standard carbon steel vessels, we also fabricate custom designs from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum or Nickel-Based alloys in sizes up to eighteen feet in diameter and lengths in excess of seventy feet.

Using the newest welding technologies, we manufacture vessels in accordance with the latest ASME section VIII division. Vessels can be "U", "UM", or "HLW" stamped, and registered with the authority having jurisdiction or with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel inspectors.
  • Blow-off from any boiler having a pressure exceeding 15 PSI (103 KPA) and discharged into a sewer requires the use of a registered Blow-off vessel placed between the boiler and sewer to insure a maximum discharge temperature of 150° F (65° C).
  • Each Clemmer Blow-off vessel is designed and registered for use with
either a conventional or coil tube boiler, has a maximum working pressure of 100 PSI (690 KPA) and is fabricated from a minimum plate thickness of 3/8" (9.5mm) and in accordance with ASME Code Section VIII Division 1.
  • All Clemmer Blow-off tanks have facilities for internal inspection, connections for drain, inlet, outlet with an anti-siphon device, vent, cold water inlet and pressure gauge.
